We produce two brochures each year, one for the Festival and the other for Autumn to Spring concerts. In keeping with the times, and in order to avoid prohibitive postage and printing costs, these are now available as .pdfs to be sent as attachments to those on our emailing list.  We also send email reminders about individual concerts shortly before they occur, and Supporters of SVF receive a newsletter and invitations to special events.  For those who would prefer hard copy, this is still available. 

We will only contact you to tell you about SVF events and, very occasionally, about SVF fundraising initiatives.  We will not pass your details on to any third parties.  We will keep your contact details on our box office database, which is password-protected.  Any paper forms will be kept securely in the SVF office.  Your details will be kept for three years from the date of joining our mailing list or from the date of your last SVF ticket booking (whichever is the latest).  We will contact you before the three years have elapsed to give you the opportunity to remain on the mailing list.  However, if you wish to be removed from the mailing list at an earlier date, we will do this as soon as you request it.
